What we collect
When you call or send a request, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, suburb, email if you add it, and the details of the job. We also log basic technical information such as the page you sent the form from and the time.
Why we collect it and who we share it with
We collect your details so an independent local locksmith can contact you about your job. We share them with that locksmith (or, if the first one can't help, another local locksmith) and with the service providers that run this website and deliver form submissions. We don't sell your details to marketers or use them for unrelated advertising.
Phone calls
Calls to the number on this site may be recorded and tracked so we can make sure requests are answered and handled properly. You'll be told at the start of a call if it is recorded.
Storage, access and deletion
We keep request records only as long as needed to handle your job and resolve any complaint. You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing privacy@24hourlocksmithgeelong.com.au. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you're unhappy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
