2. A local locksmith calls you back. They give you an ETA and a price before they head out.
3. You decide. If the price works, they come to you. You pay the locksmith directly, never us.

Who we are, and who we aren't

24 Hour Locksmith Geelong isn't a locksmith business. We don't employ locksmiths, carry tools or do jobs. When you call or send a request, we pass your details to an independent local locksmith, who contacts you, quotes you and does the work if you agree. Your agreement for the job is with that locksmith.

We set it up this way because the fastest help in a lockout is whichever good local locksmith is free and nearby, and ringing around at night is miserable.

Who you pay

You pay the locksmith directly, and they give you the invoice. Using this site is free. Locksmiths pay us to receive requests, which is how the site is funded. That arrangement never changes your price. If a locksmith quotes you, the quote is theirs.

What we expect from locksmiths

• A real, registered Australian business with an ABN on every invoice
• The price confirmed with you before any work starts
• ID checks before opening a home or car
• Non-destructive entry wherever possible
• For security equipment work, a Victoria Police private security licence

If a locksmith you were connected with didn't meet these standards, tell us through the form and we'll follow it up.
